Julia Civardi

Founder & CEO

Julia Civardi is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SOTERIA Precision Medicine Foundation, Inc. (SOTERIA) a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to empowering patients, caregivers, and clinicians with precision medicine navigation.

Julia is an accomplished life sciences professional and nationally recognized patient advocate who has dedicated her life's work to helping patients and families.

Prior to founding SOTERIA, Julia led Clinical Solutions for Human Longevity, Inc. where she worked with genomics pioneer J. Craig Venter to commercialize a best-in-class comprehensive cancer genomic sequencing program.

Before her time at HLI, Julia worked closely with the clinical and executive leadership at UC San Diego Health System, to advance patient care through creation and execution of clinical business development strategies. Julia continues to work nationally with elite medical faculty, biotechnology experts, scientists, and clinical researchers to advance patient care. As a cancer survivor herself, Julia has a deep, personal understanding of the challenges patients and their caregivers face when trying to identify and access the best testing, treatment, therapy, and trials.
